Davis Martindale Accountants with personality! has been providing professional services in London and southwestern Ontario for over 40 years. In 2007, we were proud to become a new, independent member of DFK Canada and DFK International, providing access to a world-wide spectrum of services and specialization.

The firm began in 1967 when Gary Davis and John Warren acquired the practice of Frank Welch. Ron Martindale joined the firm in 1969. Ron and Gary have formed the backbone of the firm for over 25 years, with Bruce Barran joining the firm in 1981 and Gary retiring in 1998. The 1995 merger with Michael Evans and Paul Panabaker, along with the additions of Ron Martindale Jr, Michael Koenig and Ian McIntosh allowed the firm to continue to grow and provide quality service in the 21st Century. In 2006, Michael Watson, Brenda Walton and Bill Simpson were promoted from senior managers to partner/principals.  

DM is a full service firm that provides professional services, such as Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Business Valuation, Litigation Support, Computer training and installation and Corporate restructuring. The firm's clients run the spectrum: multi-layered corporations, municipalities, large utilities, professional services, non-profit organizations, and retail operations. DM is proud of its strong connection to the London community and operates across Canada and the United States.

DM is one of the largest full service local firms offering a complete spectrum of services. The firm was recognized in 1998 as "The Most Recommended Accounting Firm" by London Business Magazine, in 2002 by the Chamber of Commerce as a silver medalist in the Business Achievement Awards, and won the first place national marketing award from the Bottom Line/LexisNexis in 2004.

Each of the partners brings to the firm a synergy of education and training from different undergraduate programs and national accounting firms. They are also recognized in the community for understanding their clients’ needs and providing them with prompt, professional and personal client service.
