Please read the details for each option carefully, as both options offer flexibility in how you use your $75 credit. When you have decided, please complete the form at the end of this page to submit your preference.
Option 1: Gift Card
With this option, you receive $75 in your choice of gift card(s). You can choose to allocate the full $75 towards one gift card or spread it across multiple. There is a wide variety to choose from, below displays only a portion of retailers you can choose from.
If you choose this option, you will receive an email with directions on how to access your options in mid-December. We will communicate more details closer to the date.

Option 2: DM Merch – brought to you by 519 Clothing Co.!
With this option, you can choose from a selection of DM Merch with a credit of $75. The prices for the different options vary. If you would like more than $75 worth of apparel, you are responsible for the cost in excess of $75.
Note: You can also choose the gift card option and still purchase DM Merch items. All merch purchases are due via the 519 online store front Nov 21st.
If you choose this option as your gift, you will receive an email from 519 Clothing Co., with a coupon code to use on the online storefront to submit your order.
ALL MERCH ORDERS (GIFT OR PERSONAL PURCHASE) ARE DUE BY NOV 21ST VIA THE ONLINE STOREFRONT.

We know it seems quite early to be thinking about the upcoming holiday season. However, choices take time! To ensure all gifts are delivered by late-December, responses are due Nov 7th. If you don’t submit your preference before Nov 7th, you will receive option 1 (the gift card) by default. Once you have submitted your preference, you will receive an coupon code via email to use on DM Merch or to redeem your gift card of choice.
