Open the document
Click the secure link in the email to open the document — no login or account required.
Step 2:
Review the document
Review the document at your own pace, on any device.
Step 3:
Sign in a click
Click to sign and submit — your signed copy is saved automatically. You have three options for your e-signature: type, draw, upload.
Step 4:
Finish
Click “Finish” to submit the signed copy.
Step 5:
Download a copy
Download a copy of the signed document for your own records. Save multiple documents in one click, saving you time.

Yes. Electronic signatures are legally recognized in Canada and carry the same legal weight as a handwritten signature. However, certain CRA documents require a handwritten signature. In these cases, you will be notified of this requirement and you will not receive a request for an electronic signature.
