Requests will look just like an email from us — because they are.

OPTIONAL: Credit card or pre-authorized payments can be made directly through Karbon*
*We still accept the other following methods of payment: E-transfer, ACH or Wire, online banking and cheque. For more details, refer to the Payment Instructions on your invoice.

E-signature requests will be sent via email directly from us
Review the document(s) and sign electronically
Download your signed document(s)

Currently using our iChannel portal?
If you’re currently using our existing portal (iChannel) to access documents, don’t worry — nothing is disappearing. All documents — ones you’ve shared with us and we’ve shared with you — through iChannel will be retained on our end. If you haven’t already downloaded a copy of something you need, just reach out to our team and we’ll get it to you.
iChannel will remain available until September 30, 2026, giving you time to transition at your own pace. After that date, all document access will move to Karbon for Clients, your new and improved portal experience.
