We’re updating our billing and payment options.

We’re switching to Karbon for our billing and online payment system — and you’ll soon notice a few changes when it comes to invoicing.

We are updating our invoices and how online payments are processed. Going forward, online credit card payments will be made through Karbon, and direct debit will be available as a new payment option. All other payment methods will remain unchanged (e-transfer, ACH, wire transfer, online banking, credit card by phone, and cheque). Instructions for using Karbon are provided below.

Karbon - Pay via credit card and pre-authorized debit

⮟ OPTIONAL: Credit card or pre-authorized payments can be made directly through Karbon.*

*We still accept the other following methods of payment: E-transfer, ACH or Wire, online banking and cheque. For more details, refer to the Payment Instructions on your invoice.
