Kevin joined Davis Martindale as VP Corporate Finance in September 2009. He provides business consulting and advisory support to clients in a wide range of areas such as family business succession planning, sale or acquisition of businesses, business financial planning, debt and equity financing, bank restructuring and loan negotiations.

Prior to joining Davis Martindale, Kevin was an executive with TD Bank Financial Group with his last position as VP of TD Bank Financial Group’s Commercial Banking operation in the London area. In this role, Kevin assisted clients across all industry sectors including real estate, healthcare, manufacturing and larger Non Profit organizations. Kevin is respected within the professional and business community for his strong business acumen, client focus, extensive London network and ability to identify and realize quality solutions.

Personal

Past community involvement includes President of the London Chamber of Commerce, Board member and executive for London Children’s Museum, Senior cabinet positions through United Way of Middlesex and London, and Advisory Council at the Faculty of Business at Fanshawe College.

Kevin was Co-Chair of the London “Y for Kids” Golf tournament, raising money to help London kids in need to attend summer YMCA camps.

Kevin is an avid triathlete and in his spare time, loves to train hard at swimming, biking and running. He competes in 5 or 6 Triathlons a year ranging from Sprint to 1/2 Iron Man distances. He loves the sport and has competed internationally in races in Australia, Mexico, Rotterdam and Switzerland.
