AJ Miller

Professional History

AJ Miller is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) and a Partner on Davis Martindale’s Insurance Claims & Loss Litigation team. Since joining the firm in 2014, AJ has built his career in the insurance and litigation industry, earning the title of Associate Partner in 2024 and advancing to Partner in 2025.

AJ specializes in quantifying losses under the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule and for economic loss and commercial insurance claims. He provides leadership to Davis Martindale’s advisory services practice, facilitating the preparation of reports calculating past and future income replacement benefits including interest owing, and economic and commercial losses.
