Professional History
Korab Ferati is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV). He holds an Honours Business Administration (HBA) degree from Ivey Business School and is a Partner in Davis Martindale’s Business Valuation & Litigation practice.
Korab provides leadership in the firm’s valuation practice and supports the preparation of business valuations, income analysis, and loss quantification reports for family law and litigation matters, shareholder disputes, expropriations, tax and estate planning, financial reporting, and mergers and acquisitions.
Korab regularly speaks to family law professionals across Ontario on valuation and income determination issues in matrimonial cases. He developed and presented a seven-part learning series designed to help family law lawyers better understand valuation and income analysis in matrimonial matters. In 2025, Korab completed Collaborative Practice Training through the Collaborative Team Trainers of Waterloo.
