A Calculation valuation conclusion involves a more limited scope of review, inquiry, analysis, and corroboration than an Estimate or Comprehensive valuation conclusion. A Comprehensive valuation conclusion involves the most extensive scope of work and is generally more appropriate where a higher level of support is required.

After that, we provide an engagement letter and information request list, review the information provided, ask follow-up questions, and prepare a draft valuation report or conclusion.

Timing depends on the complexity of the business, the type of valuation conclusion required, and the availability of information. In many cases, a draft can be prepared within approximately 6 to 8 weeks after receiving the required information, although more complex matters may take longer.
